Evidence Based Resources

Below is a collection of evidence-based articles on the common concerns that bring people to explore acupuncture — from fertility and anxiety to musculoskeletal issues and sleep.

Each article summarises what researchers have studied so far, including where the evidence is promising, where it is limited, and where more studies are needed. These are drawn from systematic reviews, clinical guidelines, and peer-reviewed journals.
